When the dirt around your foundation sits flat, or worse, pitches back toward the house, every hard rain runs down the block and looks for a way in. Sealing the inside treats the symptom. Fixing the grade sends the water somewhere else.

Kam has been building since he was a kid — first working for his parents, then on his own projects. He went to college for mechanical engineering, but construction never let go: side jobs starting in 2022 grew into KR Construction and Remodeling, launched officially at the start of 2026. The engineering brain shows up in the work — square corners, level runs, and fences that stay straight.

Every project starts with a walkthrough and a straight number. If something comes up behind the drywall, you hear about it the same day with options and prices.
